Drag & drop allows you to simply move the contents of the folder around and conveniently search them with the assistance of the full text search. The version management makes it possible to track the progression of documents even years after their creation or editing.

An outstanding part of the electronic record is the cuDocument Builder which enables every staffer even without any juristic knowledge to create contract documents and other compositions automatically.

The most essential component of the electronic folder is the cuDocument Builder, which enables even employees who do not have any expertise in legal matters to automatically generate contract documents and other correspondence. The user can use the finished templates to choose the specimen required and can add required space holders for information such as names, addresses, etc. manually. If the master data has already been entered and updated in SAP, it is also inserted into the document automatically. Hence, the cuDocument Builder does not only minimize errors in the compilation of contracts and documents, but also saves a lot of time.

100% MS Office compatible integration

Thanks to the 100% Microsoft integration, cuContract and Microsoft products are perfect companions that work hand in hand. On the one hand, you can access and use MS Office applications right from the electronic folder and vice versa.

The same is true for e-mail communications via MS Outlook and IBM Lotus Notes. E-mails can be sent straight from the folder via the Personnel Information Manager. Likewise, e-mails from MS Outlook/IBM Lotus Notes can be migrated to the folder with one click along with all text formatting and attachments.

Moreover, the SEND TO function makes it possible to quickly export one of multiple document files simultaneously from any random file in Windows Explorer to the folder.

Technical Aspects
