Patent administration and patent research in all important online databases, in  amongst others Europe and USA, is possible directly out of the patent management system. The inquiries can be answered in real time and results are put down and documented in the management system of cuPat.Control.

Patent and Trademark Management

For every patent, every trademark, and every publication relevant documents, emails, notes, and even scanned images etc. can be filed well structured in the electronic record. Thus cuPat.Control secures that every employee has access to the actual information at any time and any place worldwide. Via full text search the required information can be found quickly.

Periodically returning processes, such as patent information exchange, can be carried out on SAP basis, together with other commercial processes. The usually time consuming research, editing and distribution of patent information is therefore reduced and costs are saved.

Automatic Period and Fee Monitoring

The integrated event agent ensures that dates and deadlines are monitored and that appropriate follow-up processes are initiated, e. g. the extension or termination of a contract. The employee in charge receives a notification with call to action or the subsequent processing can be automated.
